19 déc 2010 - Je déconnecte encore un peu du blog culinaire ici pour vous transmettre mes souhaits de joyeuses fêtes à travers une chanson "remasterisée" par le "UC Davis Department of Entomology" (Université de Californie) qui nous rappelle, sur un air bien connu, que le monde de l'agriculture doit chaque année, grâce à la mondialisation et aux changements climatiques, composer avec de nouveaux intrus... des intrus qui, chaque jour, rendent la tâche de produire des aliments sains, exempts de pesticides, de plus en plus lourde et complexe.
